If your account is suspended, you can submit an appeal for review. During suspension, the following will take effect:
💳 Timeframe – Suspensions are only for 24 hours.
🔒 Limited Access – You can still view your profile, but other features will be restricted.
🧑⚖️ Appeal Process – Submit a request through Support, and the moderation team will review your case.
Suspensions are given as a time out, your membership will not be adjusted for your time unable to access the platform during a suspension.
If our moderators have banned your account, your subscription will automatically stop from the next calendar month and you will not have access to the platform.
