That is why we ask you to nominate two people you trust who are over 18 to be notified should our moderators be concerned for your wellbeing. The nominated Next of Kin need to verify and consent to being your NOK otherwise we will unfortunately keep bothering you every few days. We know it will seem annoying but we want to make sure you are safe and well. You may change your NOK at any time in Settings, again they won’t be registered until they verify and consent.
